Levatas is an AI solutions company. We help our partners understand and deploy artificial intelligence solutions across their enterprise using Data Science, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Automation and Natural Language Processing.

The Sales Director is a leader on our Growth team and is a consultative sales professional who is enthusiastic, confident, and respectfully persistent in driving B2B sales. You need to thrive within a cross-functional team environment working with fellow Growth team members to find (marketing), win (sales), and grow (account management) client partnerships. The Growth team has a single leader who focuses on each of these 3 stages, but each leader must have the versatility and strategic thinking to own client engagements throughout all three stages of the client relationship. As a Sales Director your primary role will be to own the win (sales) stage, shepherding qualified leads to close sales.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with the ability to close business by understanding the nature of the client/prospects problems, connecting the solutions to Levatas’ core service offerings, and persuasively presenting the Levatas solution.  This is an incredible opportunity to drive both personal and company growth.


  • Meets or exceeds established sales goals through discovering customer pain points and connecting in Levatas’ offerings to drive positive ROI. Leads and/or facilitates multi-disciplinary discovery and pitch teams. 

  • Builds relationships with existing accounts, proactively finding ways to engage, earn trust, and drive value with client stakeholders on assigned account portfolio.  

  • Supports client onboarding working with project, data, design and technical teams and stays connected to each account to ensure proper execution, and build out strategies for growth.

  • Participate in the creation and execution of account growth strategies in collaboration with account discipline leads and project teams; will create, track and hit account revenue goals

  • Implements strategic marketing, sales and customer retention plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products.

  • In conjunction with the Marketing team regularly assesses the competitive landscape and institutes changes to the sales program in response to competitors’ propositions. Consults on lead generation strategy.

  • Applied AI Mindset: Ability to cut through the hype and consultatively discovery business cases that drive tangible results within a 2-4 month window. Hungry for continued learning of what’s happening in the world of AI with a focus on bringing insights to Levatas’ products and services that drive our ability to operationalize AI for our clients.

  • 5 years prior experience selling SaaS technology products and services; 2 years experience in the AI space

  • Proven ability to initiate, develop and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations and influence purchase and buying decisions

  • A working knowledge of principles, best practices, and trends within AI/ML, digital strategy, customer experience, data and analytics, UI/UX, and custom software solutions

  • Proven ability to meet/exceed aggressive sales goals

  • Established portfolio of relationships and contacts

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field a plus

  • Ability to travel based on the needs of the position
